Class Registration and Cancellation Policy

  • This policy is designed to ensure optimal class attendance and respect for the commitments of our instructors and participants.
    • A minimum of 4 participants is required for a class to be held.
  • Class registration is mandatory.
  • You can register for a class in advance to secure your spot and ensure the class takes place.
    • You can register for a class via the FLIIP app up to 14 days before the class date.
    • You can also contact the gym during business hours, and we will register you. Please note that we may cancel a class on the same day if fewer than 4 participants have reserved a place. Registered participants will be notified at least 2 hours before the class starts. Classes starting before 10 a.m. will be canceled the day before.
  • IMPORTANT If you need to cancel your participation in a class, please do so no later than 14 hours before the class starts; otherwise, the class will be deducted from your membership card. Here are the two reasons for this new policy:
    • To allow us to notify participants on the waiting list in a timely manner for classes that fill up quickly.
    • To allow the gym to cancel a class at least 2 hours before it starts if there are fewer than 4 participants and to ensure that registered participants are notified in a timely manner.
