Our classes

Reservation

  • Classes are 60 minutes long.
  • Reservations are required.
  • Classes will be given outdoors if the weather permits. (Plan accordingly: sunscreen, hat, jacket for cooler mornings)
  • You must provide your workout mat, water container and towel.
  • You must confirm your presence at the reception desk when you arrive.
  • Please note that the schedule is subject to change without notice.
