Classes — Spring 2024 session

April 2nd to June 22th (12 weeks)

  • Reservations required
  • You can register for a class 7 days prior to the date of the class.
    • Please note that we may cancel a class if only one (1) person has reserved their place. The registrant would be notified 45 minutes before the start of the class.
  • Please bring your workout mat, water container and towel.
  • Please confirm your presence at reception upon arrival.
