Circuit Training

By using the "TRX suspension trainer", Swiss balls and other training accessories, you will discover your internal power by playing with balance. You will use the weight of your own body to make movements of all kinds as much for the strengthening of the muscles of the upper, lower and the center of the body. The course will take place in the form of a training circuit and will lead you to exceed your physical limits and find a hidden strength.
