Josée loves physical activity in general. She graduated from the Université du Québec à Montréal in 1999 with a degree in Kinesiology and worked at the Montreal YMCA as a training program coordinator for many years. She taught several group classes but fell in love with the spinning classes. An avid road cyclist, she decided to move to Sutton in 2004. She started her new career in 2005 as a physical education teacher in the area. Her love for spinning persisted. So, she started giving spinning classes at Énergie Sud. A passionate teacher, she was riding twice a week from 2006 to 2018. Fortunately for us, Josée still has the flame and is very excited to start teaching at the Coop gym santé Sutton.
