This specialized course addresses the unique and specific interests of older people. It is customized to meet the individual needs and abilities of each participant, allowing them to progress at their own pace. Offered in a safe environment, it is taught by an experienced Kinesiologist who has been working in the field for over 15 years, and who understands the aging process. The course offers a range of activities such as low-impact exercises, strength training, balance and flexibility exercises - everything a person needs to remain active and functional in their daily life.
