Walking

The benefits of walking on our health are numerous and recognized. It promotes a generalized well-being. The practice in a group reinforces motivation and favours socialization. The Coop gym santé Sutton offers outings in Sutton and the surrounding area accompanied by an animator: Tuesdays from 5 to 7 km and Thursdays from 7 to 12 km. The pace of the walk varies according to each person's abilities and aims to discover the roads and trails of our beautiful region.

The starting point will be posted at 8 a.m. on the day of the walk on the Coop's Facebook page.

The activity is free and open to all. Distance must be maintained and a maximum of 20 participants are allowed. Please reserve your place.
