Walking
The benefits of walking on our health are numerous and recognized. It promotes a generalized well-being. The practice in a group reinforces motivation and favours socialization. The Coop gym santé Sutton offers outings in Sutton and the surrounding area accompanied by an animator: Tuesdays from 5 to 8 km and Thursdays from 7 to 12 km. The pace of the walk is 5 km/hour whether trails or back roads. The group leaves at 1:30 p.m.
The starting point will be posted at 8 a.m. on the day of the walk on the Coop's Facebook page.
The activity is free and open to all.
