Walking

The health benefits gained from walking whether it be speed walking, Nordic, or just to contemplate are numerous and well known. Walking promotes a sense of well-being. Walking with a group will be more motivating and it will provide you with an opportunity to socialize. The Coop gym santé Sutton now offers walking outings accompanied by a guide. The walks will take place twice a week. The distance will vary from 5 to 7km. The Coop also offers a 10 to 12km challenge walk once a month. The pace of the walks will vary according to each person's ability. The walks will give you the opportunity to discover new paths and trails in our beautiful region.
