Mélissa graduated from the University of Montreal in 2004 with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. She is passionate about teaching to groups. She is trained in Pilates, Yoga, TRX, and Boxing. She specializes in postural work for specific post-injury strengthening and general well-being. Mélissa, in addition to teaching classes and developing training programs is our Coordinator.
Julie is an athlete who has accomplished many feats. Her most recent competition was at the Ironman race in Arizona where she finished 11th in her category and 597th out of almost 3,300 participants. Julie's energy is truly contagious. She is determined and shows us every day that we can push our limits. Her classes are challenging but she will teach you to tap into your energy reserves.
Dominique has been a walking enthusiast since the 1980s. Her boots have been on many trails including Mont Blanc, the Pyrenees and the Chaîne des Présidentielles. She walks from 5 km to 10 km daily. She enjoys the company of our members who share her passion.
Anne-Lise has always had a lot of energy! Following an episode with illness she sharpened her interest in natural health to regain her legendary energy. In 2008 she trained in energy therapies and worked for a few years as a Feng Shui and harmonization consultant with Antenne de Lecher. In 2012, she discovered the power of exercise and food supplements.
Without denying pre acquired knowledge, since 2014, she has devoted herself mainly to giving back the "pep" in people's lives while motivating them and accompanying them with her expertise in nutritional supplementation in online programs.
