Coop Gym Santé Sutton - Mélissa Tremblay


Mélissa graduated from the University of Montreal in 2004 with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. She is passionate about teaching to groups. She is trained in Pilates, Yoga, TRX, and Boxing. She specializes in postural work for specific post-injury strengthening and general well-being. Mélissa, in addition to teaching classes and developing training programs is our Coordinator.

Julie Zeitlinger Coop Gym Santé Sutton


If you have ever participated in the spinning classes you will have had the pleasure of meeting Julie Zeitlinger. She has been sharing her expertise and energy with our gym members for over four years. Julie is an athlete who has accomplished many feats. Her most recent competition was at the Ironman race in Arizona where she finished 11th in her category and 597th out of almost 3,300 participants. Julie's energy is truly contagious. She is determined and shows us every day that we can push our limits. Her classes are challenging but she will teach you to tap into your energy reserves.

Tristan Hogue Coop Gym Santé Sutton


Tristan is in the process of obtaining his Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the Université du Québec in Montréal. A resident of Sutton and an avid athlete, he has competed at the regional and provincial levels in skiing and at the provincial, national and international levels in golf. He has completed several mountaineering, backpacking and solo climbing expeditions. He is passionate about mountain sports. He is interested in understanding the science behind each movement. Tristan teaches Pre-Ski/Pre-Golf, Fit Cardio and TRX classes in the evening.

Dominique Boucher


Dominique has been a walking enthusiast since the 1980s. Her boots have been on many trails including Mont Blanc, the Pyrenees and the Chaîne des Présidentielles. She walks from 5 km to 10 km daily. She enjoys the company of our members who share her passion.
