  • Reservations required
  • You can register for a class 7 days prior to the date of the class through the Fliip application.
    • Please note that we may cancel a class on the same day if fewer than 3 people have reserved their spot. Registrants will be notified 45 minutes before the class starts.
  • In order to ensure better turnover and to respect the commitment of our teachers and members, we are implementing a new class cancellation policy. If you need to cancel a class, we ask that you do so no later than 6 p.m. the day before your class, otherwise the class will be deducted from your access card. Here are the two reasons for this new policy:
    • The minimum number of participants for a class to be held is three (3). When you cancel on the morning of the class, il is impossible for us to cancel it if there are fewer than three (3) people attending.
    • For class that fill up quickly and have a waiting list, if you cancel on the morning of the class, we are unable to offer it to those on the waiting list, which penalizes them.

We are aware that this policy will require a little more discipline on the part of participants, and we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Walking (free)

Winter is a great season to walk or hike and it is certainly most enjoyable in good company! Join us for a speedy walk (5 km/hour) on gravel roads or trails.

When: Tuesday and Thursday at 1:30 pm

Where: Departure points are posted on our Facebook page every Tuesday and Thursday morning.
