This Privacy Policy explains how and why COOP GYM SANTE SUTTON, cooperative located at 50, rue Principale, Sutton, collects, may use and may disclose your personal information.
Collection of your personal information
In order to provide you with the services we offer and in which you wish to participate, we need to collect the following personal information: last name, first name, date of birth, address, e-mail address and telephone number, as well as a method of payment: debit or credit card, bank transfer, cash or cheque. For payment of services, we do not retain your bank or credit card details. We also take the first and last name and telephone number of a reference person in case of emergency.
Also for statistical and communications purposes, we may create lists of subscribers or users.
These lists of subscribers or users are created primarily for statistical purposes concerning use of the gym for classes and free training at a specific time of the year. This collection helps the Coop to evaluate the degree of satisfaction and relevance of a course or type of service or equipment for a given period in the week, and to make comparisons, as the case may be.
The Coop also offers more personalized services, and you may be required to divulge additional information to our specialized staff concerning your physical or medical condition for specific evaluations and training plans.

- Indefinitely for Cooperative memberships.
