Josée Gagnon
B.Sc Kinesiology
Josée loves physical activity in general. She graduated from the Université du Québec à Montréal in 1999 with a degree in kinesiology and worked at the YMCA of Montreal as a training program coordinator for many years. She taught several group classes there but she fell in love with the Spinning classes. A big fan of road cycling, she decided to move to Sutton in 2004. She began her new career in 2005 as a physical education teacher in the region. His love for Spinning has persisted. So, she started giving Spinning classes at Énergie sud. A passionate teacher, she rode twice a week from 2006 to 2018. Luckily for us, Josée still has the flame and she is very excited to start teaching at the Coop gym santé Sutton.
Jill Sladen
I love helping others feel good, learn new things, and achieve their goals. I enjoy working with beginners as much as we have all been at the beginning of a new adventure at some point, as I do with gym regulars. My strength lies in my optimism and great patience that allow me to help everyone overcome obstacles.
I am a certified personal trainer by YMCA-FIT and I am particularly interested in the role of muscle strength on health and its impact on slowing down aging, especially in women. I am also a level 2 alpine ski instructor, a level 1 mountain bike instructor and a squash instructor.
Improving your fitness and health should be the best part of your day: Let's work on it together!
