Intermediate Pilates
Do you want to strengthen your abdominal muscles to improve your posture and avoid or relieve back muscle pain?
Learning Pilates exercises is safe and maximizes well-being for people of all backgrounds, from recently injured people to experienced athletes. The exercises are performed on the floor paying particular attention to breathing and focusing on working the deep abdominals, strengthening the stabilizing muscles and joint mobility.
For the intermediate level: have a regular practice of Pilates for over a year and have demonstrated mastery of the basic exercises*.
*The teacher reserves the right to refuse a participant that she judges not to be suitable for the intermediate level.
