Group class on a stationary bike with the goal of improving your cardiovascular capacities. Whether you are a beginner in the world of spinning or a seasoned cyclist, this class is for you. The spinning instructor will guide you through plateaus, hills and intervals in a motivating atmosphere with upbeat music, all in a safe environment with variations adapted for each participant. You will have the opportunity to learn how to control your effort and get out of your comfort zone in a safe environment. The spinning bike has many adjustable components and can be adapted to all body types.

Registration to 1 or 2 classes per week for the full session of 8 week required. Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5 to 6 p.m. A minimum of 3 participants is required for the course to take place. Contact us to register.
