An athletic activity using the stationary bicycle with the goal of improving your cardiovascular abilities. Although, the activity is designed for cyclists it can be done by anyone for its cardiovascular benefits. Spinning is accessible to beginners as well as experts. The simple method of calibrating your physical condition applied by the instructor allows you to measure your efforts according to your individual level and progress over the weeks of training.
Offered in virtual mode in the comfort of your home but you must own a spinning bike or any other stationary bike.
Reservations must be made before 4 p.m. the day before the classes.
