Here's the interval cardiovascular workout of different intensities that will help you push yourself to the limit while burning lots of calories.

Prerequisite: None

This low-impact workout on a stationary bike is for beginners and experienced cyclists alike.  In a motivating atmosphere and to the sound of rhythmic, upbeat music, you'll improve your cardiovascular capacity and strengthen your muscular endurance.  The instructor will guide you through plateaus and climbs, giving you the opportunity to learn how to control your effort and get out of your comfort zone safely.

Registration is ''À la carte''. 1 class per week. Your choice of Tuesday or Thursday at 5.30pm.  Contact us to register.

It is possible to register for the course in two ways.

Per session = 6 weeks pre-paid. This guarantees your place so you don't have to reserve every week. Payment can be made in person or by phone.

Or

À la carte = You can buy a 10 or 15 access card. However, this does not guarantee your  place and you must reserve online every week.
