This dynamic training will prepare you for the ski season which is fast approaching. In particular, it emphasizes muscular endurance and postural control of the posterior chain while strengthening the core and upper body to get a head start when you hit the slopes! Classes upon registration for the full 12-week session, for 1 class per week. Classes are Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:15 a.m. and Mondays at 4:30 p.m. Contact us to register.
