Dynamic training based on learning boxing techniques. Enjoy the many benefits of boxer training by learning different techniques while developing your cardiovascular capacity, coordination, agility, reflexes, concentration, endurance and muscle power.

Course on registration for the full 14-week session. Classes are Mondays at 5:30 p.m. Provide for the purchase of the necessary equipment for the course (boxing gloves and bandages) available at the Gym. Minimum of 3 registrations for the course to take place (maximum 10 participants). Contact us to register.
