Looking for a "different" workout that will push your limits?  Try boxing, you won't be disappointed.

 

Prerequisite: None

 

Dynamic training based on boxing techniques. Enjoy its many benefits by learning different techniques while developing your cardiovascular capacity, coordination, agility, reflexes, concentration, endurance and muscular power.

 

Registration for the full 7-week session required. Classes are Mondays at 5:30 p.m. Boxing gloves and bandages are available at the gym. Contact us to register.
