Boxing training

Prerequisite: None


Dynamic training based on boxing techniques. Enjoy its many benefits by learning different techniques while developing your cardiovascular capacity, coordination, agility, reflexes, concentration, endurance and muscular power.


Session 1. Duration 6 weeks. From Jan 8 - Feb 12.

Session 2. Duration 6 weeks. From Feb 19 - March 25.

Classes are Mondays at 5:30 p.m. One needs to plan the purchase of boxing gloves and bandages which are available at the gym. Contact us to register.
