This course is designed for alpine skiers as well as those who enjoy all the winter pleasures such as hiking, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing. It is an essential complement to your well-being. The first part of the class will be dedicated to strengthening the upper body, abdominal muscles and balance. The second part of the class will be dedicated to stretching and massage with balls.
