Mylène Gagné
I'm a curious person with a contagious energy and a passion for motivation and the effects of physical activity on mental health, and if there's good music, it's guaranteed fun.
I discovered Zumba in 2017, an immediate love at first sight. I've been an instructor since 2018, and it's been a profound revelation for me. I've discovered a talent for teaching and a deep desire to get people moving in a fun and self-aware way.
Out of my desire to offer variety, I became a Strong Nation instructor in 2020. I get a kick out of working with classic and kickboxing moves to music that has been created for each movement. I've developed a new physical and mental strength and I love seeing students listen to each other, surpass each other and surprise each other.
Circl. Mobilité arrived in 2023. It's the class I'd always hoped for. It improves flexibility, strengthens joints and complements all types of training, improving range of motion, relieving stress accumulated in the body and helping to prevent injury. It's a class with immediate effects that will, I hope, enable you to bend and stand up without hands until you're 100.
Marie-Pier Otis
A young mother of 40, Marie-Pier has been teaching group classes for nearly 20 years. She first developed her teaching skills in Montreal gyms, community centers and various businesses, offering classes in aerobic dance, cardio-musculation, cardio-military and cardio-latino. She then developed her passion for yoga while traveling the world, after leaving her media career behind. Originally from Quebec City, she now lives in Sutton with her son, and is delighted to offer her first cardio impro, followed by a stretching session!

Josée Gagnon
B.Sc Kinésiologie
Josée loves physical activity in general. She graduated from the Université du Québec à Montréal in 1999 with a degree in Kinesiology and worked at the Montreal YMCA as a training program coordinator for many years. She taught several group classes but fell in love with the spinning classes. An avid road cyclist, she decided to move to Sutton in 2004. She started her new career in 2005 as a physical education teacher in the area. Her love for spinning persisted. So, she started giving spinning classes at Énergie Sud. A passionate teacher, she was riding twice a week from 2006 to 2018. Fortunately for us, Josée still has the flame and is very excited to start teaching at the Coop gym santé Sutton.
