Group classes on a stationary bike with the aim of improving your cardiovascular capabilities. Whether you are a beginner in the world of Spinning or an experienced cyclist, this course is for you. The Spinning instructor will guide you to plateaus, hills and intervals in a motivating atmosphere to rhythmic and catchy music, all in a safe environment while ensuring variations adapted to each participant. You will have the opportunity to learn how to measure your effort and get out of your comfort zone in complete safety. The Spinning bike has several adjustable components and adapts to all sizes.
