Pre-golf

with Maxime

Guided 8-week training session to prepare physically for the golf season. Sessions will be 1 hour in length using free weights, elastic bands, unstable surfaces, balls or simply body weight. Emphasis will be placed primarily on flexibility for range of motion, muscle power/tonus, stabilizing muscles and core strengthening for more balance and some technique throughout the exercises. The sessions will be dynamic and adapted to each person’s physical abilities.

Registration for the full 8-week session required for 1 or 2 classes per week. Course are offered Monday and Wednesday at 2:15 pm. Contact us to register.

Accessories: Bring an 8 or 9 iron for free swing
