Learn to engage the right muscles to improve your postural alignment and develop better body awareness. This will enable you to correct yourself and become more resistant to injury. By following a consistent series of mobility exercises, postural strengthening and active stretching, you'll develop deep stability and muscle tone while working on your mindfulness.
