Prerequisite: good physical condition

LA TOTALE aims to stimulate and improve the various components of physical fitness related to health. In this class, cardiovascular endurance will be challenged using stationary bikes (spinning) for 25 minutes, including intervals. Muscular strength and endurance will be tested with exercises using free weights, bodyweight, balance, and coordination. Several abdominal exercises will follow, concluding with a 10-minute stretching session. All of this is done with high intensity and energy, set to motivating music.
