Guided 8-week training session to prepare physically for the golf season. Sessions will be 1 to 1.5 hours in length using free weights, elastic bands, unstable surfaces, balls or simply body weight. Emphasis will be placed primarily on flexibility (for range of motion), muscle power/tonus, balance (stabilizing muscles and core strengthening), and some technique throughout the exercises. The sessions will be dynamic and adapted to each person's physical abilities. In addition, you will be invited to bring an 8 or 9 iron to do swings in the air.
