Introduction to Running
In addition to our 30 second run to 5K workouts, here are the different elements we will cover:
- Warm-up

- Nutrition
- Running shoes
With this training and the knowledge acquired, the goal of the course is to participate in the Tour du Lac Brome 5km run on June 18th.
Classes will take place on Monday 5:30 to 6:45 p.m. and Saturday 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. Registration for both classes and for the entire 8-week session is required. Minimum 4 registrations for the course to take place. Contact us to register.
