This class provides a full-body muscle strengthening workout using your body weight as resistance. L’intégrale improves your balance, control, and agility by revisiting classic exercises (squats, lunges, push-ups, etc.) and introducing more complex exercises. In short, L’intégrale is a versatile class that targets several aspects of physical fitness, including strength, stability, mobility and flexibility.
