La TOTALE

LA TOTALE aims to stimulate and improve the various health-related fitness components. In this class, cardiovascular endurance will be challenged using spinning bikes for a 25-minute workout including intervals. Muscular strength and endurance will be put to the test with exercises involving free weights, body weight, balance and coordination. Several abdominal exercises follow, ending with a 10-minute stretching session. All with high intensity and energy, to the sound of upbeat music.
Prerequisite: good physical condition
