Instructions
- The duration of the time slots is 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- A maximum of eight people per time slot is allowed.
- Priority is given to those who have made a reservation.
- Reservations are accepted no earlier than three days before the day of the workout.
- You must provide your workout mat, water container and towel.
- You do not have access to the gym until the start of the workout.
- You must confirm your presence at the front desk upon arrival, within 15 minutes prior to your 75-minute workout time slot.
