Strenghtening / Preventing Running / Hiking injuries

Although running and hiking are an accessible and beneficial sport, they require adaptation and strengthening in order to progress. This is why this indoor class will aim to strengthen the structures most used by running and hiking, prevent repetitive impact injuries, and improve your performance so you can go further and enjoy every kilometer!

Registration for the full session of 7 classes required, classes are Thursdays from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. A minimum of 3 participants is required for the course to take place (maximum 10 participants). Contact us to register.
